I am on a no flour, no sugar diet but craving something sweet. Thinking oatmeal cookies would work, lots of options online, but would love some "tried and true" suggestions.

I don't have a suggestion, but if you find any that are acceptable, please report back.

Murray's makes some sugar free cookies, but flour is still an issue.

Hope I was able to help!

you poor bastard! Is this by choice or by recommendation from a health-care professional? I know some people that have kids on gluten free diets and they seem to make all sorts of foods to accommodate that these days. Look on whole foods website and search their recipes. They usually have some really healthy alternatives to typical recipes.
