I'll probably be moving to the Uptown/Carrollton area soon. What are the best grocery stores near by? I know there's a Robert close, but I wouldn't want to do all my shopping there.

TIA

There's a pretty good Rouse's on Carrollton. Costco's not far.

I've lived in this area since last August, it's a good place to be! Welcome

Honestly, I mostly drive down Carrollton past canal and go to the rouses down there. It's a really great store.

The whole foods on magazine isn't too far and usually has a good selection. Roberts is there if you need something in a pinch, but I never do all of my shopping there.

Fresh market down st. Charles is worth the drive if you need something special.

I am a Rouse's fan. Whole Food and Robert's are pretty expensive comparatively.
