Nola dinner suggestions

I’ll be in New Orleans for work next week for the first time in a while. I was hoping to try one of the nicer new restaurants. Preferably somewhere downtown or close to downtown. Any suggestions?

I went to Commander's last week and it was fantastic. Same with G.W. Fins a few weeks ago. Galatoire's social distanced dining room was kind of strange, but I want to go back now that restrictions have been loosened.
