I'd have a tough time naming a favorite NOLA brew between Hopitoulas or Blonde

Have you tried their Saison? It's awesome

Yes, the "Hurricane Saison". Very good. I had a couple on draft at Finn's a few months back.

As everyone else has said, only the Blonde is available in cans at the moment, but per an exchange I had with Kirk Coco recently, they expect everything, including seasonals in cans by late February.

They stopped making the draft packs last month, which kind of sucks, to focus their efforts on the canning process. That said, you'll still be able to find some at the stores until their inventory sells out.

Something about the entire state except for Lake Charles.

Yeah, but you're also close enough to Texas to get some good stuff we can't get our hands on without a 5 hour roundtrip drive. So you've got that going for you, which is nice.

I got 2 sixers of NOLA Blond Ale from the Albertsons on Perkins tonight and really good stuff. Very impressed. This stuff will go down so smooth on hot summer days. Little citrus, little sweet, nice little hop.....good stuff.

Yeah, it's a cross, ah, Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about this is that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt that night on this stuff.
