I've been to the Nobu in Hollywood...I think there is another one in Bev Hills...

Have been to the Nobu here several times and once in Vegas. Excellent meals all.
I'd recommend the sauted shrimp and lobster, and the sea bass is great too. Make sure you get something from the Hot or Cold Dishes menus in addition to whatever sushi you get.

It's been a few years, but I remember liking the Nobu roll... and I definitely 2nd the seabass!!
