I ordered one several years ago, had a great flavor but was overcooked and dry, been on their mailing list since, hope they recover quickly

Damn 2020

quote:

On the evening of November 6th, we experienced a catastrophic fire at our shipping facility. Both our inventory and our ability to ship this season have been destroyed. We are thankful this occurred after hours and no one was injured! Unfortunately we will not have any turkeys to be shipped or picked up this Thanksgiving or Christmas Season.

We are working around the clock to refund all orders that were scheduled to deliver after November 6th, and are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please know we have already begun the process of rebuilding and will be back stronger than ever in 2021.

That's so sad. A client used to send me one every year. Used to make an amazing turkey soup, and my favorite part was how my wife would scream every year about the smokey smell that permeated our house for weeks. Hope they come back strong next year.

They make a damn fine gumbo, but I had to stop ordering when the 15lb bird hit $100. I definitely hope they can recover, though.

Same here. Made a great gumbo as others have noted. Mine were all corporate gifts.
