Nicer resturants that are open

What are some nice restaurants that are open in New Orleans. I know many are closed but was wanting to try to support a couple on an upcoming trip in a couple weeks.
Anyone have a good recommendation?

Many restaurants are open as long as your not planning on dining Monday or Tuesday. Many have shifted to reservation preferred. I would check Resy, Open Table, or their Website.
I had a great meal recently @ Lillete thanks to a recommendation on here.

Not sure about nicer, but I'm excited to try Costera on Saturday. I'll report back Sunday/Monday.

If they survived then pretty much everything is open. I think the city is going to 75% this weekend.

It's tough because they can do 75% while keeping the distancing. Most restaurants don't have that kind if space. The increase looks good on paper, but in reality some places are struggling to get to the already allowed capacity and then couldn't increase anyway due to footprint.

Great point. Places have been doing a great job creating outdoor seating arrangements which in this city is very appreciative of for many locals. Let’s be real though, if a restaurant was open for dine in they’ve been running at least 75% inside with extra outdoor seating options on busy nights since reopening. At least that’s what I’ve noticed. For the most part, minus a few places, the city has been pretty lax with these capacity rules.

We have hit Peche, Gianna and Clancy’s twice each since their reopenings...all are worth a trip

If you want to go to dinner at night, especially near the weekend, you will have no trouble at all. I can think of five excellent ones I have been to in the past couple of months: Galatoire's, Commander's Palace, Pelican Club, Peche and G.W. Fins. All were excellent.
