Happy to have options, but there is an existing coffee shop (Southern Latte Cafe) almost within walking distance, and another one (J'aime le Cafe) about a mile away. Just wish it was located elsewhere---US 90 not at a traffic signal makes it difficult to get in/out of the parking lot unless you're already in the eastbound lanes.
Luling/Boutte always seems to get multiple iterations of the same thing (pizza, chinese, burgers, Tex-Mex, japanese). Though it's nice to have Santos and Atchafalaya.
