Lol it didn't suck arse..I went there to watch Saints games and it was always crowded. Friday and Saturday night had a decent crowd. It did taper off a year or so before it closed.

Brooklyn pizza is it decent. It's definitely not Pizza Delicious. But I've lived in a lot of cities, and even much bigger cities don't have anything that good.

I remember when they were 1 day a week in that catering kitchen, and you made an appointment to pick up a pie. I was usually so hungover on Sunday, it was worth the 3+ hour wait.

The name and the concept (pizza by the slice) reminds me of a place that you’d see in gulf shores or bourbon st. that sells quirky T-shirt’s with size matters all over them. If the pizza isn’t good I can’t see this working on Metairie Rd of all places. It reminds of the shitty pizza on bourbon street already just from the sign and branding.

Also, Oak Oven is now out on the garden gate location

I hate to hear that, but figured that was the case. Was hoping for a good outdoor dining spot to go there.

I fully agree. MetIrie needs some kind of place with some real outdoor space. I though Oak Oven with a wine bar of some kind would have killed it there
