See there is a new oyster bar coming downtown BR. Jolie Pearl Oyster Bar. Suppose to have a wide array of oyster dishes, and types of oysters. Downtown has been needing an oyster bar other than "SHUCK's".

Interesting...will defer final judgement until I discover their gravy regulations.

I'm looking forward to it. I wish they'd replace every business within a stone's throw of the courthouse with restaurants

Hopefully you will have a $.50 oyster night with a legit seafood menu to back it up. I don't care if you cover those gelatinous wonders with halloumi cheese and mushroom truffles if there is no cheap oyster night i'm not going.

I wonder how much it cost to have oysters shipped from the north west or north east? And how long can you keep them alive?

i know we have a great resource in the gulf but if you want to offer other types, there is like 200 different oysters in north America.

They look like they're still a little ways from opening.

I think it will be a big hit if they have selection from all over.

One of my favorite restaurants I've been to was on the water in Seattle (can't remember the name). They had an entire page in the menu dedicated to different oysters from all kinds of different places

Are you going to have gin on the Bloody Mary bar for gin lovers. If so, what kinds?
