Anyone been to the New Orleans Style Seafood Rest and Market in Covington? It is on 190 in the old Schwings location. I've been seeing it and just curious if its worth a stop.

I see a decent amount of cars in the parking lot anytime I drive by. That's all I got.

“Food for people who think this is what food is like in New Orleans, but they’re too scared to go to New Orleans.”

There is no such thing as New Orleans style seafood.

Been a few times. Food is pretty good (boiled seafood, soups, appetizers). Better than New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood, not as good as Mandeville Seafood

I usually stay clear of any kind of “New Orleans style...” or “authentic nawlins...” kind of restaurants that are not in the city of New Orleans.
