Another vote for Bonavita. Customer service is on point too. Originally had the Bonavita 5000 and noticed some microfracture marks on the water reservoir (wasn't even leaking), so reached out to them with pics to see if that was even a concern.
Sent me the Bonavita 8000 no questions asked free of charge and told me to keep the 5000.

Owned 2 of these in the past, and both failed in the same manner. Obvious factory defect. Basically, a POS!

I don't know either; we've had the Ninja Hot and Cold system with the stainless carafe for over a year, and it's a great system. Want coffee? Great. Want hot tea? Easy.
It even brews the tea according to the type of leaves. Has a little blender thing on the side for frothing milk.
