The store looks like it has been ransacked so not really much there to choose from so this is what I have at home, making pork chops either on smoker or grill them.
Here is what I have at home that can use for marinade
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Brown Sugar
Apple Juice, but very limited
Salt
Pepper
honey
How can I make a decent marinade from that ingredient list, please?
If I smoke them will use most likely Cherry wood

Sounds like a brine to me...spritz with the apple juice to keep it moist if you smoke.

Like the one above said, either make a brine with brown sugar, salt, and water or you could skip the marinade and use honey as a binder and go with a simple salt and pepper and grill.

They are little Butterfly chops, so you think just brine them in what I listed would work? I usually just buy a Jack Daniels Marinade and be done with it. But the store as I said was just bare of all things.
Also can someone give me some ammounts of each to add...
I just remembered I have some Slap Ya Mama White Pepper also

I’d just sprinkle salt and pepper and sear em in a hot skillet with a little butter or oil. Pork chops are easy.

All of those will work.
I would take the first 5 ingedients and mix them to taste for a marinade. I would take half of that marinade, set it aside, and add honey and hot sauce to it for a glaze. Simmer the glaze for 5 minutes or so, and brush it on the chops a coupleof minutes before they are done.
Should be really good.

Probably too late. But was apple cider vinegar not available? I’d omit the honey because you’ve already got brown sugar. And smoke with apple wood (never a bad idea, especially with pork). But another way to go would be to use beer and garlic and horseradish to go with the Worcestershire sauce. That’s to die for. The scent alone is intoxicating.
