I have a good bit of uncased boudin from making some spicy shrimp stuff last week. I ran out of casings so I just food saved it for future use.
Does anyone have any good recipes to incorporate it into since its not in casing? I’ve had a really good boudin pizza at Past Time years ago but don’t know everything on it.
Thanks in advance.

Boudin balls or just eat as replacement for side of rice.

Boudin grits, boudin nachos, stuffed bell or jalapeño peppers, chicken breasts, pork loins.

Stuff in chicken carcass and bake or rotisserie. Fried boudin balls, crush saltine crackers season then and mix a little flour, roll them in that batter and fry, won’t take long to brown outside.
