Need an appetizer to bring to a crab boil

Something that will go well with boiled crabs. Thinking cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in prosciutto topped with a fig or maybe cut up grilled smoked Boudin. I am even considering cured salmon which I have never done before.
It needs to be finger food. Maybe barbecued shrimp already peeled with the tail section still on (like a shrimp cocktail or shrimp remoulade). I was even thinking of some kind of crawfish salad plated out on endive spears.
Any other ideas would be appreciated

Something cold since you will be having hopefully spicy crabs. Cold dip with veggies would be a good offset.

I also agree that something cold is probably best.
Deviled eggs are good. You could make a smoked salmon version with capers, red onions and dill.
Look at the layered crab spread in the TD recipe book. Make it with shrimp rather than crab. It's always a hit and it goes a very long way.

Corn dip.
I’d do fresh sweet corn since it is in season but you can use canned.
1 can yellow corn
2 cans mexi corn
1 cup Mayo
1 cup sour cream
Green onions
1 small can diced green chilies
1 small can diced jalapeno
2-3 cups shredded cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
I drained everything but put a little jalapeño juice in there for extra spice.
It’s something nice and cool/cold to go along with the hot food.

I would bring a stuffed artichoke.

Devilled eggs are always a hit. Except for those that don’t like deviled eggs. I like them basic and fancied up.
