I used Roy Choi's recipe below. The only changes i made were the ommission of oysters, cut the cabbage heads in quarters instead of halves, and soaked them over night in the brine as opposed to a few hours.

Actually don’t. They’re kimchi has no crunch with the wrong flavor.
I would just watch a few YouTube videos and read the comments for reviews.

I do, ate it in Korea when I was deployed there for Team Spirit ‘89…
