Need a good deer rib recipe

Got a couple of racks of deer ribs and need a good recipe.

not many people keep the ribs. but, since you are the guinea pig that received said deer ribs then you may as well shave the meat off of them and make a sauce picante.

Get some kosher salt and a meat hammer. Throw the salt on the eyes of the dude that gave you the ribs then hit him in the jimmy with the meat hammer.

Some say to boil it. I discard it with the rest of the carcass.

When I was a yute my dad would take all the ribs from the deer killed in the club, saw the racks in half, boil them in crab boil for about 20-30 mins. Then he would thow them on the grill with some smoke and BBQ sauce and serve them as appetizers. Pretty damn good from what I remember.
