From someone that is a Nashville local:

Biscuit Love - you will stand in line for hours and the food is very mediocre. #hardpass

Butcher & Bee - highly recommend. The east nash area is also home to a lot of awesome bars and dives (dino’s, duke’s, lakeside lounge, 3 crow)

5 points pizza ?? multiple locations
Butchertown Hall in germantown area
Jasper on west end
Josephines in 12 south for brunch
Taco Mamacita
Red Headed Stranger
The Sutler

There’s no shortage of GREAT food in this city! If it looks packed with tourists - avoid it ??

Also, cause i know how much you tigers like to drink:
Fat Bottom Brewery
Jackalope
Mother’s Ruin

Enjoy!

It's fun to eat at Pharmacy is you are with a group of friends or if it's too crowded you can hit mas tacos across the street. Win win.

My wife's sister manages rose pepper but the food is so so. You go there for the drinks and to people watch.

As a fellow Nashvillian I'd say that's a pretty solid list. I'd add Smith & Lentz brewery because their beer is solid and they might have the best pizza in the city. Also, if you're into hazy IPAs you must go to Bearded Iris.
