I'm always amazed at the crowds at OG. You could buy a couple of Smart Ones microwave dinners and get the same quality/portion size.

to be fair, they probably heat up the entrees in hot water while they are still in plastic bags...

I worked at an Olive Garden in the 90's, and most of their stuff then was freshly made. It's probably changed since then though. Forget which sauces, but there were a couple that came in plastic bags they just dumped into warmers, but most were fresh made in house daily.

Yeah they make them in the morning then bag them up and put them in the walk in cooler.

Dude it's 2018. Hop on yelp and find the best Italian place close to you, and NEVER let a woman decide where to eat. She can decide what type of food, but never the place.

Or...you can hang around folks with some culture and taste so that you don't have this issue.
