Yea, I like brewing. Its a hobby so I want to experience and understand the full spectrum of the craft.

I'm the same way, but it would be nice to only have to clean 1 pot after brew day.

I'm all about being efficient. I thought about getting the picobrew a few years ago, just to have a constant rotation of beers, and so i could brew during the week. But it seems you limit yourself to what you can do with that system.

But now, i'm going more archaic with turbid mash beers and lambics. Before long i'll be heating up rocks in the backyard and making steinbeer.

Brew in a Bag offers this with minimal investment.

Cleaning pots isn't a big deal. I put oxyclean in and soak for a day or 2....or 5 and do a quick wipe with a scouring pad after draining. Cleaning hoses and my pump and chiller plate is more of a pain and that stuff is used post boil and I try to run boiling water through them immediately after transfer to the fermenter

I hate cleaning. If I didn’t have to clean, I’d brew weekly. It’s a pain in the dick.
