My wife requested grilled shrimp and a filet so I'm doing that later.

Where did you get the crabs? They are pretty.

My filets were a 7-8/10. Shrimp were solid but not my best

Welp.
The Bananas Foster at Landry's was a complete bust.
It was cold banana filled crepes and ice cream.
Thankfully our waiter told us it wasn't traditional Bananas Foster before we ordered it.
The sea bass was good though.

The wife and I were on the road Sunday heading back home from Mansura in CENLA and attending the Cochon de Lait Festival held there over the Mother's Day weekend.
Stopped at Juneau's and got 1/2 lb. of cracklin and a couple boudin balls to munch on during the drive back to N.O. and then hit Durand's in Mansura to pick up 2 hog heads and a few trotters to make some hog's head cheese tomorrow.
We had gotten a couple of the take home dinners from the festival that included the roast pig, dirty rice, coleslaw and sweet potatoes and had that last night for dinner.

Started the day with a breakfast taco spread. Ended it with a giant fajita bar.
