no way can properly cooked/prepared filets and/or lobster be "overrated"



King Crab on the other hand is pretty overrated imo......really good, but still overrated

Anything can be overrated if it's rated high enough

That doesn't mean that it can't still be damn good

I think that all depends on what vinaigrette you're having. Basic balsamic-olive oil, I can see what you mean. But a nice raspberry vinaigrette can't be beat.

I like clear-based dressings. Asian dressings in particular.
