Best place to grab a sandwich in Uptown Nola? I would say so. Occidental Oriental and Wolf Me Down are money.
I place it slightly ahead of St. James Cheese and Il Posto for my sandwich fix.

They got quite an extensive menu. For now, Milk Bar and Stein's is 1a and 1b. I'll be back at Stein's often in the near future to try some other sandwiches.

stein's is better...though both are very good...
A rachel should be next on your hit list at stein's.

re Steins. Tuesdays for pretty damn close authentic Philly Cheese Steaks. They even yell at me when I ask for mayo.

We went today, got the Christmas in July and the chicken caesar one...
Both were awesome, that ciabatta bread was warm, soft and crispy on the edges...
Certainly a place we'll be putting in the lunch rotation...great service too!
