I was there today, it was yuppie central.

Beers were ok, well made but shitty styles.

Dont see myself going back anytime soon.

Nah fam. "sounds worse" and I'll stand by that.

I liked the Monstera when I went, they had 4 other beers on tap but just traditional styles which I wasn't wanting.
It is a nice area though

What's the ideal ratio for neckbeards or alt lifestyles to make an acceptable brewery?

I was there at about 3 yesterday afternoon. The bar was overwhelmed and struggling to keep pace. But, a very pleasant room.

I’m not sure how you operate in today’s climate without offering an IPA, but such was the case. I tried three different beers, and all were very fresh tasting. The care put into them was evident.

I’d go back. It was an enjoyable experience overall. Ended the night at Wrong Iron. Frickin Disneyworld.

Miel had a fantastic Triple IPA on tap. Went fast.

Parleaux didn't have an IPA on tap when I went there for the first time. They seem to be doing alright.

NOLA wasn't putting out top tier IPAs until recently and they have been around longer than anyone

Owner wanted to wait on an IPA because he thinks they are overdone.

His triple IPA was incredible but it went super fast.

He’s going to do some easy drinking beers for Mardi Gras. I guarantee he will have multiple IPAs in the future.

That IIIPA they had ran out but it's one of many of a series of IPA's, so I am sure they will have the next one soon.

""Monstera" is a New England Triple IPA packed with 7lbs per barrel of Azacca, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops. This juicy, hazy IPA clocks in at 9% ABV and was brewed with oatmeal and lactose to balance the pineapple, mango, and orange juice hop flavors.

These tropical flavors are what inspired us to kick off our tropical plant IPA series. Monstera deliciosa is a species of flowering plant that is native to tropical forests of Honduras, where co-owner, Janice, is from. We're really excited to kick off this series and look forward to adding more beers to it soon"

Or he has a shitty hop contract/no contract. I'm with Knox on this one. If you don't have an IPA on tap these days then you don't like money, and I say that as someone who also thinks IPAs are overdone. Even the niche breweries put out an IPA-hopped something or other.
