I'm using the 94% fat free Orville Reddenbacher kind as a lo cal crunchy snack. Any ways to spice it up and make it taste better other than butter and salt? TIA.

I love putting a teaspoon or two of olive oil. It makes it feel like gooey butter but it's healthy.

I've never thought of using olive oil. I have a hard time eating popcorn without the clarified butter on it. I think butter popcorn is one of the best things in the world until after I eat it when I feel pretty full and gross, but I sure do love the stuff.

That has to be one of the worst low to no sodium alternatives out there. Tastes like battery acid in granular form.

The problem with the low fat popcorn is that nothing sticks to it. So I pour it into a bowl and lightly spray with Pam, then add the parmesan, Tony's, salt or whatever. The Pam gives the seasoning something to cling to, just do it lightly.

Try Kernel Seasons brand, Popcorn Seasoning,, Nacho Cheddar flavor... I also sprinkle it on my poached eggs for breakfast, along with chives..
