Merry Christmas, Gris! Thanks for being such a treasure on this board. Mwaaaa!

Also, thanks for the root beer glazed ham recipe. I baked a ham today and absolutely love the glaze. The recipe is a keeper.

Posted by Matisyeezy Merry Christmas, ladies and gents. We've had a busy day already as my brother welcomed a beautiful little girl into the family, so this pig that's about to come off the fire is going to taste especially delicious.

Now, that makes for an exciting Christmas! Congrats to your fmily in a big way!

Darla, I'm so glad you like the RB glazed ham! I agree that it's a keeper.

Merry Christmas Gumbo Lover. Hope yours has been as fulfilling as mine and to the whole board as well. Wishing all a safe season and a prosperous New Year.

I do believe we all have some good opportunities in our future as our economic outlook seems to be getting better and I certainly hope everyone here makes the best of what life offers them and are satisfied in every endeavor both personally and professionally. I consider it an honor to be most of your anonymous Internet friend.

I've got a 2005 Swanson Merlot Magnum decanted and airing out for about a 4:00 dinner. It has some bottle age and some funkiness that is going to go great with my standing rib, Yorkshire pudding and asparagus. Grilled pears, BlueBell Vanilla bean, my wife's honey and sea salt for dessert.

Hope you all have a wonderful day. Cheers!

Martini, your daughter is so lovely. I can't believe she's that age. She should model.

She gets that not from me, but from her mother. It's why I have elevated liver enzymes.

Thank you and I hope you and all had a wonderful day.
