The owner in the N.O. area was a guy named Ted, so all ours were called Ted's Frostop. I met a woman that said Ted personally taught her to mix rehydrated dry onion bits into the mustard/mayo sauce and then dip a bit of the lettuce into that before putting the lettuce on.
