Wife and her friends went for lunch today. Said the place was packed, the music a bit too loud, but the food was good. Service has some kinks to work out, as all new restaurants do.

Maybe, but my experience with her group tells me they were way too busy yapping amongst themselves to even notice the Pope, had he walked in.

Went for lunch Friday and I’ll go back, but chicken sandwich tasted like fried fish. Slaw on it was a miss. Bread wasn’t fresh and cold cheese was just slapped on. Truffle fries were good. Lettuce wraps were ok. Service was pretty good. People’s attitudes were friendly and the place looks great. Wine menu had some favorites and cocktails sound good too. Its kinda sad because the menu reads good, but it didn’t connect at all for us.

Funny this a.m. at Edie's for breakfast...Mercy Kitchen was talked about briefly....one of the guy's said that until a picture of "SUNSET MILLER" making the rounds at that place ...its not legit...Owner better send Sunset some free coupons...Verot School Rd is not on his usual route..needs incentive to make a detour off Pinhook, Kaliste Saloom and Camallia and Johnston route.

A carefully curated wine list does not consist of wines you buy off the shelf at your local big box grocer

That’s a dime a dozen, mid tier Republic offering

Went with a large group last night. Great drink selection. Food very good. Great service. Decorator team did an outstanding job. Place was packed( Miller could have been there but too crowded to verify) , loud and had to park across the street.
The last two occupants of this location went on to bigger and better locations. Hope this one does also.

I went last week for some drinks and it was actually really nice. They had the new patio doors open and it felt great with the fall-like weather we had.

Will go back to try food soon.
