Meat trimmer - anyone here use this

This was a “stocking stuffer” I got this year. I know it wasn’t expensive ($20 or so).
I saw one being used on a brisket video, so MrsAntiqueTiger ordered me one.

I definitely would if I had one. When I’m trimming the fat cap, my cuts are so damn uneven it’s almost embarrassing

I had one for about 2-3min before I decided I would just end up slicing my finger off and went back to my knife

It is actually a modern version of a bull cutter (castration knife) so care should be used in the nether region.
