Looking to possibly buying a meat grinder. Would use for grinding up sirloin, chuck, and other cuts of meat into burgers. Maybe grinding up some bacon and blending together. Do the hand crank ones work or should I go with electric? Could probably spend around 100 bucks. Thanks in advance.

Go electric. Don't think $100 will get you there however.

I have a small LEM eclectic, works great but it was a good bit more than $100

You should get an electric model. A nice unit for what you want can be had for $100. Meat Processing Equipment

I just ordered this on Amazon to replace a similar LEM grinder:

Weston Meat Grinder

I use to grind pork & chicken for sausage and have used to grind brisket. Probably use about 5 times a year to do 15 lbs. Works for me.
