Screw the haters. If you can trust that the meat was handled properly and with care, no need to worry about this. Not like he’s eating at McDonald’s people!

I asked for a rare burger.

To me that’s not cooked enough to be rare, that’s just barely shown to a grill. There should be a thin line of the uncooked meat in a rare. Whatever though, definitely a fork finish with that texture.
