So the winner grew up in Arizona and learned to cook in England and Ireland before moving to LC and kicking arse in a LA seafood contest.

That's about as random as a guy from Morgan City training in Israel and then winning the North England Yorkshire pudding and roast beef contest.

Amy is absolutley sick in the Kitchen. Those grits she made for that dish are so insane popping with flavor. If you are ever in LC swing by there and eat. You'll see why the 337 out cook the 504 all day

From what I was told, he couldn't get along with people and was kinda a jerk. He was supposed to be the chef at Supper Club and is no longer involved in that either. I didn't know he was now at Tsunami.

A shame if he really is difficult to work with because he is incredibly talented. There are good chefs around, but his creativity is unmatched. When Beausoleil changed over, it was one of the most unique menus BR has ever had. I do think they are still serving a lot of his dishes, though! They got a new chef and all.
