The big for lease sign is for vacant space in the building nextdoor. Best of Show dog groomer moved to a new location. Rumor for a while was that the existing Serops Express was going to expand into the vacancy as part of a larger shuffle. That must have fallen through. There is definitely a parking problem with LL patrons flooding the adjacent businesses.

If it was Labor Day weekend and you went on Monday, I would assume they were closed for Labor Day

The hot baguette that they bring out is good as hell too. I'm not a fan of potatos but their twice baked potato is very good. I just hate that they don't open til 5pm.

Ate there last night... had a redfish special with crab meat and hollandaise... perhaps the best fish dish I've ever had in BR.
