Look like I'll need lamb shoulder. Any tips on where to get great quality lamb and how to season?

I got a boneless leg of lamb from Costco a few months ago to make a lamb ragu. In addition to Costco, most of the international markets sell lamb, goat and other meats not commonly found.

Did you take pics? Was there a particular recipe that you followed? Happy with the results? Sounds delicious.

What about the halal store on airline? Kased's

Kased’s will cut whatever fresh halal lamb you want. Lots of unique products on the shelves too.

Up here, Sam’s is way less expensive than the grocery stores when it comes to lamb.
