The price hasn’t gone too crazy. I couldn’t imagine someone buying Shawn’s beef and saying it wasn’t worth it.

I doubt the price of beef is going to come down much in the near future. The size of the national herd is low and will take time to rebuild. Trump is allowing some Argentine beef to come in, which may lower the cost of burger a bit, but I hope the government does something to encourage cattlemen, especially the smaller outfits, to keep their calves and raise them up instead of selling them off so we can build back the size of the national herd.
