I'll be in Memphis tomorrow. I've been to Interstate, Germantown and Rendezvous. I liked all of those. I want to go somewhere different. Where should I go next?

As a native Memphian who moved away- my first stop is Topp's BBQ whenever I am back in Memphis. They have multiple locations in Memphis and consistently serve good barbecue.

Man, now you got me thinking about those dry rub ribs at Rendezvous.

Please go to any tops BBQ, it’s what Popeyes is to New Orleans

Get spicy sauce

Cozy Corner for the Cornish Game Hen. And if you're going to try a barbecued bologna sandwich, this is the place.

And if you go to Top's, try their cheeseburger.

Didn't we used to have a Corky's, in Metairie, on Vets?

Knew someone who lived there a few years. He tried just about every place in and around Memphis and he swears by Central.

Drive about 2 hours north to Holcomb MO and try Strawberry's BBQ. Great ribs. Thick cut pork steaks that fall apart.
