Looking for Beef Jerky recommendations

Looking to purchase some more long term storage beef jerky options in bulk, but I’d like to try them first. Anybody have any suggestions on some tasty morsels I should look into trying?

I'm a fan of Stan's beef jerky. Black pepper and teriyaki are really good. It's expensive, though.

Williams and Conner is thin cut which I prefer. Praseks also make a good jerky.

Don’t know your location, but Cades Market in St Martinville is my favorite.

Why not make your own, vacuum seal it and freeze it to store.
This is what I do and always have some on hand.
Now, if looking to store it without freezing, I've never done that, so I don't know how long it would last long-term if just marinaded and smoked.

That’s my only reservation really in long term storage in Mylar bags and oxygen absorbers with me doing that in house. I don’t know how long that would last and I wouldn’t want to go through all that work, only to find that the product is no good, or rancid because of liquid or fat content. I guess I just don’t know enough about it really.

Cade’s makes fantastic beef jerky. I recently got some from Clampits BBQ in hot springs village that was really good as well. As for pre-packaged I will always go with Pappy Kershinstine’s.

Woody's Smokehouse, Centerville, TX. They ship. Peppered, jalepeno, and sweet n spicy are my favorites. Grab a pound of each on the way home everytime I go to Dallas. Vacuum seal in smaller quantities and freeze it.
