List Of Good Restaurants That Seem To Be In The Middle Of Nowhere

It could be a nicer place like Dryfus' or Roberto's. It could be some hole in the wall that serves great food at a great price like Poche's. It could just be some shack/gas station that only offers daily specials and serves a mean plate of redbeans on Monday.

What is it with this place....cat fish that is all batter...stuffed shrimp that I would never serve my dog....had the marinated crab claws last time and they were so mushy I sent them back...I have never found anything I like there but yet they are packed each and every weekend....someone please tell me what makes this place even good...one dish please.

Speaking of Kevins. I headed down Hwy 22 for the first time a couple of months ago. There was this place (bar or restaurant, I'm guessing bar) that looked interesting. I was heading from Springfield south down 22. The place was just past the bridge on the bayou, on the left of us. Looked very "louisiana bayou". On some waterway with some houses/camps. Anyone know what I'm talking about.
