Anyone in BR try this local product? I bought it 2 months ago and still haven't used it. When I tasted, it was very hot.

I have started using Zatarain's hot sauce. It's a vinegar red pepper sauce with garlic. It's better than I expected.

I try out different ones. I always have some Cholula in the pantry though. I use it instead of Arby's sauce on their roast beef. And when we make Panini's I dip mine in there. Good all around flavor without too much heat.
And time for a confession. My wife grabbed the Sriracha the other day. I didn't even remember buying any. It was dark, almost brown, and thick when it squirted out. It expired in December. Of 2012. It got tossed quickly.
