This is absurd. With the rise of craft breweries there is virtually as much variation in beers as there are wines. Similarly, these beers can be paired with food in the same manner that wines can. Perhaps wine is more sophisticated than Bud Light, but there are innumerable beers that are more sophisticated than Barefoot or Yellowtail.
