The food there is awful, this review comes as no surprise...

I'd say a piece of smoldering wood is pretty surprising.

I've heard it from a reliable source that the owner is making big cuts destroying the ability for the kitchen to run properly

Guess I better hurry up and go eat the crab cakes their before it's too late..As for the fish, I've never ordered the cedar plank salmon across the street at Ruffino's, but the smell of it as the waiter passes by you with it is incredible.

The wife and I had a crabcake, turtle soup, and a speckled trout that was pecan-crusted with crabmeat and some kind of sweet corn sauce last Thursday night. It was absolutely tremendous. Please go to Red Lobster and leave more room for us if you don't like it!

I've been 3 or 4 times. Never been blown away, but I've never walked out unhappy. I have no problems going or hesitate to go, but it's usually not on the top of my list.

I've never have a bad experience at Le Creole. May come down to knowing what to order.

For us, we always start off with Martinis, Crab Cake and/or Tasting of Louisiana, Chicken and Waffles, BBQ Shrimps or Bone-in Ribeye and Warm Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake with Ice Cream.

Shouldn't a good restaurant be able to execute everything on its menu?
