Wanted to poll y’all to see what else y’all cook in an outdoor jambalaya-style pot. I have a 5 gal cast iron pot that I’ve cooked gumbo, jambalaya/pastalaya, and white beans in. Also fried bacon, fried hush puppies, boudin balls, etc before. Only been at it a short while, and looking for other ideas on what to cook in it.
