What makes raw oysters in Abbeville any better than 15 minutes north?

Abbeville has shucks and dupuys, best in area. I've had good and bad luck at Dons. Hook and boil in broussard had good oysters this past winter.

Hook & Boil added oysters to their menu last spring, but I haven't had them.
