Yep that stretch of Ambassador is in the decline...Costco area is hot right now and the area on Camellia between Kaliste Saloom and Verot Schoot Rd is heating up big time...we have a Chimes in the works ..new Dr. owned hospital/surgery center...and a Rouses is coming in that area....
