Labor Day cooking is done. Ribs, pork loin, chicken, sausage, red beans, rice, baked beans, potato salad and garlic bread. Got my bartender fed. :)

Smoked a butt, fried a fresh picked zucchini with some vidalia, baked beans

I do self rising flour to coat then buttermilk and back into the self rising flour. The soda in the self rising makes it puff up a bit.

How you cook those? I tried to cook them once. I did low and slow and they looked great but were chewy as a mofo.

what was the grade of beef? marbling goes a long way.

these were american wagyu.

#1, pulled and wrapped at 130°


210°

Not as dry as it looks, but wont be good in 30 minutes of sitting out.
