Darla, you brought the fat boys out like sharks to chum with this one.

Crust looks good. I love thin and crispy.

Awesome. I'll try this.
Question: Can you make the "dough" in advance and freeze it? Never tried to freeze cheese before.

An advantage of this pizza over cauliflower crust is that the next morning the cold pizza is easy to eat, and good. Cauliflower crust pizza (at least the two times I made it) is soft as a leftover.

I'm more excited than I should be about this, but I used the fat head dough to make sandwich rounds. They came out great! I made them slightly thicker and softer than when I made pizza. I divided the recipe into six pieces and hand formed the (almost) rounds. I can't wait to use them for a burger or other sandwich!
The dough:
After 8 minutes on the first side:
Flipped them and baked for 5 more minutes:
Avocado toast:
You can see the thickness here. Softer than when I made the pizza.

As a bun, this could use some work. I'd used two of my "sandwich rounds," but maybe I should cook it a little less so it would be softer and could hug the burger better?
I have not stopped thinking about other ways to use the basic recipe.

The sandwich rounds looked better in the previous post.
What was the difference? The time and temp?

They were made from the same batch. Maybe you're seeing more of the round in the burger shot? Bad angle? The taste was good.
Worked great for the avocado toast and worked great with scrambled eggs on top, but those were open faced. Maybe not so many ingredients so that you can hold it better?

.
Not sure how it would come out but you could try using the almond flour to make savory Korean pancakes.

I've never had Korean pancakes. The link looks interesting, thanks!
