Couple of questions need to be answered before this can be answered.
1. Was the keg tapped with a hand pump? If yes, then the oxygen that is now inside with 100% skunk the beer if it gets warm. Will eventually skunk the beer but keeping it cold will slow down this process.

2. What kind of beer? BMC lagers or anything not hoppy should do just fine warming up some. Obviously you don't want it to bake in the sun, but gentle temp fluctuations won't harm it too much. Take for example Coors claims it is bottled cold but you can buy it on a shelf warm. Chances are that beer was in a warm warehouse, warm truck, room temp store, in your trunk, in your fridge/ice chest, left over in ice chest for days, cooled again, and will still taste fine. If the beer was hoppy then you probably lose more from temp fluctuations but it will still be generally fine.
