Mostly due to all of the recs on this board. It'll be my first smoker. CSB!
Excited to get smoking
Ribs, pork butt and brisket will be my first few cooks.
Any tips/recs/recipes/tricks appreciated. TIA

Got a pork butt going on mine right now

Love mine. Just put these bad boys on it to smoke for an hour or two and then I'll reverse sear them.

Go in this order 1) pork butt, 2) ribs, 3) brisket. Starting with brisket when you don’t know how your smoker behaves is not the way to go.

Have a 590 as well. Bought it in April of 20. No complaints yet.
