The one over by Perkins Rowe wasn't bad when they first opened... like 20ish years ago.
Of course I was a broke college kid, so I probably didn't have the best standards at the time, and .25 wing night or whatever the special was sounded pretty damn appealing.

I don't know if I just couldn't tell as a teenager when I liked the place, but all the sauces just taste store bought and loaded with preservatives

BWW just flat out sucks, and Pluckers does not keep their GT machine in good working condition. Frick those wing places.

What did you order?

Yeah, I didn’t remember the food itself being bad when I went back in high school but we stopped at the one on campus 2-3 years ago after a festival in the area and just got the appetizer sampler thing.
It was laughably bad, like the frozen appetizers you’d get in a TGIFridays box at the store. I guess when I think about it, I’m not surprised a chain like that isn’t breading their own onion rings to order, but I could have had that for the same price at Chimes across the street.

You are making shite up. This is not how the restaurant industry works. Restaurants will sometimes trade out things like a bib or coke or takeout boxes. Things both restaurants carry that can be replaced. A restaurant is not going to trade out something the other restaurant does not carry. You are a liar who go caught in a stupid lie.

My kids like to go and the wife and I have finally found a few items that are good there so we don't mind at all.
We get the buffalo chicken wrap or buffalo chicken sandwich. Both are solid, I'm also not that fancy so.

Used to go there for lunch once in a while when I still worked in an office building. I had some pretty disappointing meals the last few times but managed to crack the code.
Since it was usually just me, I started sitting at the bar. The bartender gives you attentive service at lunch time (not really making many drinks) and my food always came out quick and still hot. Too many times it would sit in the back while my waitress got around to getting it to me.
Also their traditional buffalo sauce is pretty damn good.
On the flip side I had Pluckers last week and their wings were too big. The drumsticks were almost like small chicken legs, and while it sounds awesome, it doesn't have the same feel as eating wings.

Had to go for lunch with some clients a month or so ago, and it was actually better than I remembered. I didn't remember them having french fries, and they were good fries. And I just had a grilled chicken wrap. Forget which one, but it was passable. It had been at least 8 years since I last went to one. I wouldn't object going again after swearing off them.
Guy with us had wings though, and they looked terrible. Tiny with hardly any sauce on them. So I wouldn't get wings if I ever went back. They did look worse than I remembered.

No it did not. Like I said that is not how the restaurant industry works. Also why in the world would they rebread a chicken mcnugget? Also how would you even know this happened? The server told you? Look you know you are lying and everyone who read your comment knows you are lying. Just bow out bro..

B Dubs has always been trash. They’re one of the worst chains out there.
I remember it being pretty decent in the late 90's when it was called BW-3, but maybe that was a different chain. They only had traditional Buffalo wings, not a ton of different sauces and it was more of a bar than a restaurant. Used to eat at one in Charlotte back then all the time.

Not continuously, but it was definitely sometime around 2000ish when the initially opened.
They have taken a few breaks in the interim.

It's been there since at least 2007. We used to go drink beer during our off hours my senior year. In school uniforms and everything, they didn't care
