It's a chain seafood restaurant. If you order a steampot and ask for the cajun seasoning on it it's good. It's not great...it's no where near the best shrimp/crabs you ever had...but it'll give you a fix for that kinda thing without having to fricking boil shrimp and crab. But like I said it's a chain so people on this board are gonna have a blast ripping it to shreds.

I would venture to guess about 90% of the meals they serve serve isn't a whole fresh lobster tail.

Wrong. Its a chain restaurant. Everything comes fully cooked and frozen and is just reheated in a microwave.

I'm pretty sure they have a lobster tank in the place where you pick your lobster (I could be wrong). So are you saying that even if you pick your lobster it's not the one you actually get? They just serve you a reheated frozen one then kill the live one and freeze it for later? Seriously. I don't know how it works.
